What could a subscribable plan earn you?
Recurring income from a plan clients subscribe to is create-once, sell-many. Set your price and client numbers and see the maths - and how many hours of 1:1 coaching that recurring revenue replaces.
Assumes every client pays £30 per month. Stripe processing fees not included. No monthly platform fee - FORM only earns when you do.
The point
Your income shouldn't be bolted to your hours
One-to-one coaching is a solid floor, but you eventually run out of week. A subscribable living plan lets the same build earn from every client who follows it - so a handful of subscribers quietly replaces a dead one-off PDF launch, and a few hundred can rival a full 1:1 roster without adding a single call. FORM gives you the place to build it and the app your clients already want to open.
FAQ
Coaching revenue: FAQ
How much can a subscribable coaching plan earn?
It scales with your audience, conversion and price. As a feel: 300 followers converting at 5% to a £9.99/month plan is about £150/month recurring; 3,000 at 3% is roughly £900/month - all from one build, with no extra calls. Put your own numbers in above.
How is recurring plan income different from 1:1 coaching?
One-to-one income is capped by the hours you can work - to earn more you coach more. A subscribable plan is create-once, sell-many: the same build earns from every subscriber, so income compounds without more of your time. Most coaches run both.
What churn should I assume?
For fitness plan subscriptions, monthly churn of 5-10% is a reasonable planning range - lower if the plan keeps evolving and clients stay engaged (which is exactly why a living plan in an app they use daily retains better than a static PDF).
How do FORM's fees affect the numbers?
FORM charges no monthly platform fee - it takes a share only when you earn, and founding creators keep 100% for life. So your projection above is close to take-home rather than a figure a platform subscription eats into.
