FORM Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the FORM app and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Random Shenans. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The Service

FORM helps you track nutrition and training and gives you adaptive targets, generated workouts and progress tools. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and estimates (including AI-generated nutrition values) are approximations, not exact measurements.

Not medical advice

FORM is a general wellness tool for healthy adults. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You use it at your own discretion and are responsible for your own health decisions. Consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet or training, especially if you have any health condition, are pregnant, or are under medical care.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know at hello@livingform.app if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 to create an account.

Subscriptions & payments

FORM offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (FORM Pro), including monthly, annual and one-time lifetime options. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Paid subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change; we'll give notice of changes to recurring prices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service - including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to it, or using it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

Your content

The data and photos you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, sync and process them to run the Service for you (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to use it.

Intellectual property

The FORM app, brand, design and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORM and Random Shenans are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on estimates or guidance in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
